As I get older, I find out there are shows, books, and people that I geek out about. I never thought I would become "one of those people," but I am now proud that I am in the large group of people who do—what a great family.


My husband has gotten me addicted to shows that I never thought I would watch. My first one -- "Star Trek: Enterprise," is a fantastic show, and it has been one of my favorites ever since, and it will always be. Enterprise has an amazing and talented cast. I now look at IMDB to see what other shows or movies they have been in, especially Dominic Keating and Connor Trinneer . 


Now there is something else I get to geek out about. I am so excited - - A podcast that features Enerprise's Dominic Keating  (Malcolm Reed) and Connor Trinneer (Trip Tucker). The perfect pair to host it. Their sense of humor is contagious and always makes me smile.


Dominic and Connor's first podcast was a table reading of  Season 1, Episode 16, titled "Shuttlepod One." A lot of fans' favorite episode. Their special guest for the reading was  actor Gary Graham


The second podcast guest is talented actor John Billingsley who played, Phlox, on"Enterprise."  It was great hearing about his audition and working on the show. There are more guests to come.



I love the way Dominic and Connor play off each other it is hilarious whether they are interviewing their guest, answering fans' questions, or other things that are thrown their way. I love seeing them answer trivia. That alone makes it worth checking out.


I cannot wait for the next episode. Something to look forward to.

What I Need to Hear (Review of "Write Out Loud") Written by:  Jill Sheets I have been dealing with issues with my writing for some time now, so I was excited to find the book, “Write Out Loud,” by Naomi D. Nakashima, on WOW.  I looked forward to reading the book and reviewing it. She talks about procrastination, imposter syndrome, self-doubt, confidence, starting to write the first draft of your story, and overcoming and identifying fears (just to name a few). The book covered everything that I needed to hear, read, or wondered about.  I am sure you have read something from another writer and felt they were talking to you.  That is what I felt.  This is an inspirational book that gives terrific advice and is a fast read.  I recommend this book to anyone who is a writer or wants to become one.
